T-RIZE GROUP CORPORATION is a financial technology company focused on creating institutional-grade infrastructure for tokenized financial instruments. They are seeking a Head of Institutional Marketing & Growth to own the marketing function, enhance market understanding, and develop clear messaging for institutional audiences while supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and continuously refine T-RIZE’s positioning in a fast-evolving and emerging market
- Develop clear, credible, and consistent messaging for a range of audiences, including clients, partners, investors, and other strategic stakeholders
- Translate technical, financial, and regulatory concepts into communication tools that are both accessible and persuasive
- Create and evolve the company’s core sales and positioning materials, including: corporate presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, partner profiles, explanatory use-case materials, support content for announcements and transactions
- Actively support business development efforts with materials tailored to live opportunities and strategic conversations
- Participate in strategic presentations and selected external representations of the company
- Elevate the quality and consistency of how T-RIZE is presented across market-facing and partner interactions through multiple channels
- Coordinate selected marketing deliverables with external partners as part of joint initiatives
- Work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure strong alignment between product, market, messaging, and presentation strategies across key stakeholder groups
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic announcements, press releases, launches, and ecosystem partner initiatives
- Simplify complex realities visually through diagrams, infographics, and clear executive-level materials
- Bring rigor and continuity to the marketing function by organizing core messaging, priorities, reusable deliverables, and alignment with compliance requirements
