Business Analyst

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-visibility CPQ implementation project within digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working with offshore development teams and requires strong communication skills and experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities:

• Support a high-visibility CPQ implementation project within digital transformation initiatives
• Work with offshore development teams
• Gather requirements and create user stories
• Participate in early-morning calls with offshore teams
• Assist in migration from existing CPQ systems and lift-and-shift implementations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of CPQ systems, including what CPQ is and how it functions
• Familiarity with ERP and eCommerce platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to ask the right questions, understand technical details, and drive clarity
• Experience working with offshore development teams and participating in early-morning calls
