Description:
- Address Controlling and Finance issues, with Controlling be the higher priority since they do have stronger finance skills as compared with controlling skills.
- For Controlling, key areas are material/product costing, COGS, and Results Analysis Key usage.
- For finance, key areas are familiarity with the integration with the other functional areas (production, purchasing, sales, inventory, and projects), and with month-end-close.
