Stage 4 Solutions is a global SaaS company seeking an experienced program manager. The role involves leading the integration of client products into distributor and reseller marketplaces, requiring strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of reseller marketplace integration programs: scoping, planning, execution, launch, and post‑launch optimization
- Build and maintain program plans, timelines, actions, and communication cadences
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, channel operations, finance, legal, and marketing
- Act as the primary program interface between the client and their distributor/reseller partners
- Lead joint working sessions, integration reviews, and issue resolution with partner technical and business teams
- Translate partner requirements into actionable internal workstreams
- Coordinate API, SKU, catalog, entitlement, and provisioning workflows between Adobe systems and reseller marketplaces
- Ensure compliance with clients’s licensing, billing, and channel policies
- Partner with engineering to track integration milestones, dependencies, and technical risks
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Maintain executive‑ready dashboards, status updates, and program health metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of program or project management in SaaS, enterprise software, or channel ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity and drive clarity
- Strong organizational discipline: timelines, documentation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working with reseller, distributor, or marketplace integrations
- Experience working at Adobe
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
