Responsibilities:
- Operate proactively by anticipating client needs, campaigns, and timelines
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and clients
- Manage workflows to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time (or ahead of schedule)
- Prevent last-minute requests through strong planning and organization
- Track and manage account health to maintain scope alignment
- Allocate resources effectively to keep accounts running efficiently
- Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines and overall vision
- Communicate strategically with clients, providing updates, insights, and direction
- Build strong client relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and results
Requirements:
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
