Technology Project Manager

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system, empowering over 99,000 associates to reimagine healthcare. In this role, you will provide tracking and oversight for critical workstreams, monitor timelines for updates, and coordinate with teams to drive project momentum.

Responsibilities:

• Provide rigorous tracking and oversight for critical workstreams, such as Operating System End-of-Life (OS EOL) projects and divestitures
• Monitor timelines for OS EOL updates and maintain consistent follow-up with individual Project Managers to ensure compliance
• Identify and escalate issues to ensure Clinical Technology (CT) Owners are actively remediating EOL Operating Systems
• Coordinate with peers and cross-functional teams to drive project momentum

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• A strong background in Ascension Technology is considered essential for success in this role
• Proven experience managing complex projects with high visibility
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tracking requirements simultaneously
