The Judge Group is a company seeking a Sr. MarTech Business Analyst for a contract position that is 100% remote. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather and analyze marketing and customer data workflows, translating business objectives into user stories, and collaborating with various teams to support martech enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements
- Analyze current‑state marketing and customer data workflows and recommend optimized future‑state processes
- Translate business objectives into user stories, process flows, solution requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with product, engineering, vendors, and QA teams to support delivery of martech enhancements
- Support platforms and integrations across CRM, CDP, campaign management, personalization, tagging, and analytics tools
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, backlog refinement, and solution reviews
- Assess data dependencies, system impacts, and change implications across marketing and customer experience platforms
- Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, and production readiness
- Monitor platform adoption and business outcomes; identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, process flows, and training materials
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with multiple priorities
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting martech, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, or customer data initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience identifying dependencies and business impacts
- Hands‑on experience translating business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and UAT
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and influence cross‑functional partners
- Experience with platforms such as Braze, Amperity, Adobe Experience Cloud, Tealium, or similar tools
- Understanding of customer data flows, segmentation, campaign execution, and digital measurement
- Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, reporting, or data visualization tools
- Knowledge of API integrations, tagging frameworks, privacy/consent, and data governance
- Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, e‑commerce, or customer experience environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
