Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline by executing follow-ups on data-driven marketing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce to track all support interactions with Account Executives and field team members, ensuring data integrity
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and CRM performance KPIs
- Participate in—and occasionally lead—customer meetings to advance the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the broader sales organization to contribute to overall company revenue goals
- Travel as required to support territory needs (approximately 10%)
