Project Manager – Airtable Builder (Fully Remote)

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with strong Airtable building experience to support a fast-paced team in the beverage industry. This fully remote role involves designing, building, and optimizing Airtable solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary hands-on Airtable builder for enhancements, new workflows, interface updates, and automation improvements
• Handle day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and system updates
• Maintain and improve existing bases, automations, and interfaces to ensure reliability and usability
• Participate in regular client meetings and working sessions as part of the extended team
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and effective technical solutions
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and support ongoing workstreams
• Ensure builds align with governance, compliance, and data integrity standards
• Document workflows and support knowledge transfer to end users
• Promote scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years delivering digital, systems, or no-code solutions in a client-facing environment
• 3+ years of hands-on Airtable experience (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations)
• Proven ability to build and present solutions to stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Experience managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Airtable Builder/Admin certifications
• Experience supporting Marketing or Communications teams
• Exposure to other no-code or AI-driven platforms
