Responsibilities:
- Support Product Managers by leading research, analysis, and feature development in an enterprise product environment
- Elicit business needs, identify root causes, and translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements
- Develop user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams
- Conduct impact analysis and evaluate solution options for informed decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and delivery teams
- Facilitate requirements validation and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Assist in prioritization by articulating value, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Support issue resolution by analyzing defects and recommending solutions
- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce rework
- Leverage Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA) to support roadmap execution and product success
