- Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B customers within wholesale and manufacturing sectors
- Present tailored product solutions and close deals effectively using strong sales techniques
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance customer satisfaction with revenue goals
- Document sales workflows, communication strategies, and decision-making processes for AI training
- Collaborate with AI teams to translate real-world sales expertise into training data and model improvements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
- Strong years of B2B sales experience in wholesale or manufacturing (non-technical products)
- Proven success in prospecting, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in product knowledge, solution selling, and relationship management
- Experience working with or configuring AI-driven sales tools or agents
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate real-world sales processes into structured insights for AI training
