BairesDev is a leading technology solutions company delivering innovative projects for major clients. The Business Development Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-level executives, aiming to convert partnerships into a stream of Sales-Qualified Leads through relationship building and strategic execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated
- Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high-quality introductions
- Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data-driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics
- Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Experience with partnership programs
- Bachelor's degree
- US-based location
