Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Management Consulting Expert to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide strategic recommendations. The role involves creating consulting scenarios, validating data, and collaborating with research teams to enhance AI evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to strategy, market analysis, and executive recommendations
• Create realistic consulting scenarios such as case interviews and client workshops
• Annotate and validate data across consulting use cases including market entry and transformation
• Provide feedback on strategic frameworks, financial analysis, and communication quality
• Assess outputs for structured thinking and business applicability
• Collaborate with research teams to improve AI evaluation frameworks

Requirements:

• Strong experience in management consulting or strategy roles
• Strong experience with strategic frameworks and structured problem-solving
• Strong experience in areas such as corporate strategy, operations, or M&A
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex business problems
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to translate consulting workflows into structured evaluation tasks
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
