Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build referral-source relationships with healthcare providers. The role involves outbound outreach, managing provider relationships, and driving referral growth through effective communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize targets using several different reports concurrently with ability to pivot between reports daily
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail at the highest level when documenting provider contact details, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across multiple reports
- Ability to manage a high volume of targeted healthcare providers and practices
- Responsible for reaching out to providers through outbound channels (phone, fax, email), maintaining consistent communication, and managing relationships to uncover and maximize growth opportunities
- This includes closely tracking referral trends and proactively engaging new and existing providers to drive referral-source growth
- Effective relationship management relies on seamless teamwork across sales, operations, and other internal departments
- This collective approach fosters strong provider relationships and drives mutual success
- Drive measurable growth (referral increases, improved consistency, or successful handoff to BDM/CD)
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calling/sales development/customer service or healthcare outreach
