They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to drive measurable growth for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring for paid media initiatives
- Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly based on key performance indicators including cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
- Collaborate with internal design teams to develop ad creative and campaign assets that support performance objectives
- Execute and maintain social media marketing initiatives for client accounts in accordance with structured content calendars
- Support search engine optimization initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and monitoring of search performance
- Analyze campaign data and produce clear performance insights that inform marketing strategy
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and internal tracking across multiple client accounts
- Work closely with internal developers, strategists, and marketing managers to deploy integrated digital campaigns
- Utilize AI-driven tools where appropriate to increase operational efficiency and improve campaign performance
