Route is a company that provides a post-purchase experience platform for ecommerce brands. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own their external presence, drive demand through various marketing channels, and create compelling content to enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Own Route's external channel strategy end to end. Identify, prioritize, and execute across the channels that will drive the most awareness and qualified interest (owned, paid search, social, content, marketplace listings, and beyond)
- Create high-quality content across formats, such as blog posts, product release notes, newsroom updates, ad copy, landing pages, and listing copy for platforms like the Shopify App Store and G2
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels, optimizing toward MQLs and pipeline contribution
- Build and grow Route's organic social presence, starting with LinkedIn, with an eye toward testing new platforms
- Develop and maintain Route's presence on third-party review and marketplace platforms, ensuring our positioning is sharp and our listings drive consideration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn product launches, customer wins, and company news into campaigns that generate real momentum
- Build a culture of measurement and learning into operational execution, running A/B tests across channels, landing pages, creative, and messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance
- Stay current on growth marketing trends, tools, and tactics while leveraging AI and new ideas to maximize effectiveness
Requirements:
- 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or B2C ecommerce
- Hands-on content creation experience, you've written blog posts, ad copy, landing pages, or similar, and you're comfortable being the person behind the keyboard, not just the one briefing an agency
- Familiarization with running paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn, with an understanding of optimizing toward business outcomes
- Comfort operating across the full funnel, you can write a brand-building thought leadership piece and a high-converting ad in the same afternoon
- You're fluent in analytical campaign reporting, attribution, and can translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing and revenue tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Bizible or Adobe Marketing Cloud, and paid ad platforms
- Self-directed and resourceful. You'll have support and collaboration, but this is a high ownership role for someone building out and scaling this function
- Excellent written communication. This role is content-heavy, so clarity, voice, and speed all matter
