Responsibilities:
- Own everything from identifying the right prospects → outbound (email, calls, LinkedIn) → booking meetings → running demos → negotiating → closing
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in media sales / digital advertising with a proven track record
- Ideally sold B2B media, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or performance marketing solutions
- Comfortable running the entire sales cycle independently
- Proactive, hungry, and driven—you don't wait, you go get it
- Strong closer who understands how to sell budget, not just leads
