Experis is a leading organization in the technology sector, seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their Global Customer Experience team. The role involves supporting stakeholder management, program execution, and operational delivery for complex customer experience programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution, readiness, and validation for complex customer experience programs
- Develop and manage integrated workback plans across multiple project phases
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and phased rollouts with clear entry/exit criteria
- Partner with engineering teams to align expectations and feedback loops
- Manage readiness activities including communication, logistics, and asset publication
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of program or project management experience
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Loop, and other collaboration tools
- Experience managing stakeholder programs and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Prior experience with UAT, phased rollouts, or experimental deployment models
