As a Junior Account Executive, you will focus on building and owning pipeline generation while closing SMB and mid-market deals, collaborating closely with the Senior Account Executive and other teams to drive enterprise pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise pipeline generation: Identify high-potential signups from our self-serve funnel that match enterprise profiles. Build target account lists. Design and execute outbound campaigns. Test new channels and approaches we haven't tried yet
- Expansion seeding: Understand the full scope of each account's data need, even when closing a smaller initial deal. Document the expansion opportunity and set the stage for a Premium conversation down the road
- SMB/mid-market closing: Run 30 to 50 discovery and demo calls per month. Close transactional and mid-market deals efficiently (fast cycle, clean handoff to CS, and a clear seed planted for what comes next)
- Enterprise handoff: Qualify enterprise opportunities and hand them to our Senior AE with strong account context - what the prospect is trying to do, what they've already tried, and why now
- Use case diagnosis: Review each prospect's account activity and product usage (robots built, sites targeted, credits used, extraction status), and connect their data need to a clear offer path
- Deal scoping: Work with solutions engineers to scope more complex mid-market deals
- Pipeline management: Accurately forecast and maintain pipeline hygiene in Attio (our CRM)
- Market intelligence: Surface product feedback, competitive intel, and market signals to marketing and product teams
