Metafoodx is building AI-powered solutions to help food operators reduce waste, improve sustainability, and optimize kitchen operations. They are seeking a Senior SDR to help build and own outbound efforts at their early-stage SaaS company, focusing on generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Build Pipeline
- Identify and target high-value accounts and key personas
- Execute outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Break into net-new accounts through persistent, multi-threaded outreach
- Own Messaging & Outreach Strategy
- Write and iterate on outbound messaging, sequences, and positioning
- Test new approaches and channels to improve response and conversion rates
- Develop a deep understanding of the ICP and value proposition
- Experiment & Optimize
- Track top-of-funnel performance
- Continuously improve outreach effectiveness and efficiency
- Help select and optimize tools (CRM, sequencing, data providers)
- Partner Closely with Sales & Marketing
- Align with AEs on account strategy and qualification criteria
- Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market response
- Support account-based and campaign-driven outbound efforts
- Help Build the Outbound Function
- Document what works and build repeatable playbooks
- Contribute to hiring profile and onboarding for future BDRs
- Lay the groundwork for scaling the outbound team
