Robotics Deployment & Business Development Manager (Retail Robotics Platform)

MUSE Inc. is a retail robotics company that aims to transform how physical stores operate through a multi-use autonomous platform. The Robotics Deployment & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business, ensuring the successful deployment of robotics solutions, and shaping the product through market feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by building relationships with key decision makers and identifying high impact opportunities
• Lead end to end sales cycles from prospecting to closing strategic deals
• Own successful deployment and adoption of our robotics platform at customer sites
• Work directly with store operations to design and implement workflows powered by autonomous robots
• Translate real world operational challenges into scalable solutions
• Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, providing actionable insights to product and engineering
• Help shape the evolution of a multi use robotics platform through continuous feedback loops
• Develop repeatable playbooks and frameworks to enable scalable expansion across customers and markets
• Stay ahead of industry trends across retail, robotics, and AI
