Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development to grow direct client and MSP partnerships in the IT staffing and project solutions space
- Build a personal brand as a trusted partner by leveraging LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and a strong presence within the technology community
- Partner closely with recruiters and delivery teams, balancing empathy with urgency to meet client needs and create great outcomes
- Think beyond traditional cold calling by using social selling, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting strategies to create new opportunities
- Own your book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating your accounts like your own business
- Represent Golden Technology in the market with authenticity, professionalism, and a relationship-first approach
- Consistently drive activity, growth, and results that contribute to placement and revenue goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven business development success in U.S. IT staffing
- Strong prospecting and new customer acquisition experience, with a track record of turning opportunities into long-term accounts
- Consultative selling skills with a relationship-driven approach to sales and partnerships
- Demonstrated success closing direct client and MSP accounts
- Strong network of IT hiring managers and technology leaders
- Knowledge of technology roles, terminology, emerging skills, and staffing trends
- High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to grow your book and maximize your earning potential
