Associate Marketing Manager (Portuguese-Speaking | Product Marketing & User Research)

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading company in the Healthcare Industry, currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager who is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. The role involves managing community engagement, executing marketing content, and conducting user research to drive product insights.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a global product launch from an early stage
• Direct exposure to product and marketing strategy decisions
• Blend of marketing + research + community management
• Fully remote with flexible hours
• Manage and moderate a private online community of users
• Drive engagement and discussions in Brazilian Portuguese
• Act as the primary point of contact for beta users
• Execute content plans including posts, polls, and prompts
• Localize global marketing content for the Brazilian audience
• Collect feedback via community discussions, surveys, and interviews
• Analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders (in English)
• Deliver weekly reports on user sentiment, feedback, and insights
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities independently

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (spoken & written) – REQUIRED
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, or related roles
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing
• Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
• Experience with user insights, research, or customer feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with: Consumer products or subscription-based services
• Community management or beta programs
• International or emerging markets
• Familiarity with digital platforms and online communities
