The Pre-Sales Manager for the US Financial Services team will lead a group of Pre-Sales Consultants, guiding them in product evaluations and driving new business across key verticals while collaborating with various teams to influence growth outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of 12+ Pre-Sales Consultants responsible for supporting Account Executives in closing trials
- This includes coaching and mentoring on development and best practices, establishing team accountability, and adapting your managerial style to effectively support and challenge each direct report
- Evaluate and implement resource coverage models to support scalability, and proactively recruit top talent, upholding a high bar of excellence
- Provide transparency and strategic insight into team performance to management by consistently tracking and reporting key day-to-day metrics
- Build impactful relationships with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Account Management, Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, etc.) to drive successful business growth outcomes
