Recruiter

Coframe is building the world's first AI Growth Engineer and is currently experiencing rapid growth. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting, source exceptional talent, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Drive end-to-end hiring across sales, engineering, and service teams from kickoff through close
• Source Exceptional Talent: Build proactive pipelines, finding the people others can't
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Advise leaders on role requirements, candidate calibration, and long-term fit
• Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of Coframe, regardless of outcome
• Build the Recruiting Foundation: Set up the systems, processes, and tooling that scale with us, from ATS configuration to interview frameworks and hiring metrics
• Tell the Coframe Story: Be a compelling evangelist for our mission and the opportunity to join before our Series A
