Operations Support Intern

Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-Site)

Hours: 4 weekdays, 10-hour shifts (Monday - Thursday)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the Operations team in decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support ongoing projects.
• Participate in team meetings and projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project,etc.)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to a wide range of stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
