Driven Brands is North America's largest automotive services company with a portfolio of iconic brands. The Senior Manager, Franchise Field Marketing ensures that Maaco shops deliver on our brand promise while serving as the primary marketing interface for Maaco franchisees, focusing on optimizing shop performance and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations to diagnose barriers and deploy local marketing solutions that lift estimates and repair orders
- Test new tactics and evaluate scalability across the system to drive measurable growth across the Maaco footprint
- Ensure shops execute against brand standards and promotions to deliver the Maaco customer promise
- Provide actionable insights to marketing leadership, surfacing best practices that influence broader field marketing playbooks
- Hold one-on-one communications with DMAs and franchisees across system to communicate local marketing and media plans
- Lead, develop and coach a team of two field marketers driving alignment and high performing execution across franchise marketing initiatives
- Leads all FZ to consumer efforts including Call Center, Reputation Management, and Promotions
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in the United States, on an on-going basis, without sponsorship
- 5+ years in field, retail, or multi-unit marketing (corporate or franchise experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success leading teams and influencing through others to drive measurable business results
- Proven success executing local marketing plans that delivered measurable growth
- Business acumen with budget ownership or P&L exposure a plus
- Strong, collaborative working partner; builds trust with field and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator who can make insights actionable for both leadership and shop-level teams
- Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment, detail-oriented
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management
- Bachelor's degree required
