The Project Manager, Multi-Site Customers role is responsible for leading delivery of complex, multi-site customer projects while ensuring consistent outcomes through disciplined execution and communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex, multi‑site customer projects with multiple interdependent workstreams
- Execute within established project and program management frameworks
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Validation
- Drive progress through clear, positive, and transparent communication, while holding teams and stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments
- Demonstrate strong internal and external communication, aligning customers, delivery teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Escalate risks, dependencies, and capacity concerns appropriately
- Ensure delivery outcomes meet defined quality, compliance, and customer success standards
- Contribute insights and feedback to continuously improve delivery processes
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-site or enterprise customer projects
- Strong process discipline and comfort operating within defined delivery models
- Experience with enterprise integrations, custom development, or regulated (CSV) environments
- Strong stakeholder management and execution rigor
- Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum
- Clear, professional communication with both internal teams and customers, supporting alignment and on-time delivery
