Project Manager

Fluke Corporation is a global corporation leading in software and technology solutions. The Project Manager, Multi-Site Customers role is responsible for leading delivery of complex, multi-site customer projects while ensuring consistent outcomes through disciplined execution and communication across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of complex, multi‑site customer projects with multiple interdependent workstreams
• Execute within established project and program management frameworks
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Validation
• Drive progress through clear, positive, and transparent communication, while holding teams and stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments
• Demonstrate strong internal and external communication, aligning customers, delivery teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Escalate risks, dependencies, and capacity concerns appropriately
• Ensure delivery outcomes meet defined quality, compliance, and customer success standards
• Contribute insights and feedback to continuously improve delivery processes

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-site or enterprise customer projects
• Strong process discipline and comfort operating within defined delivery models
• Experience with enterprise integrations, custom development, or regulated (CSV) environments
• Strong stakeholder management and execution rigor
• Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum
• Clear, professional communication with both internal teams and customers, supporting alignment and on-time delivery
