Wurkzen Rainmaker™ is seeking a Sales Development Representative who is comfortable making outbound cold calls and engaging with potential clients. The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying them, and setting up meetings for the sales team, with a strong emphasis on consistent outreach and performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Generating your prospecting list based on our ICP
- Making outbound cold calls daily (this is the main focus)
- Getting past gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings
- Following up with prospects as needed
- Keeping notes and activity updated in the CRM
- Giving feedback on what’s working and what’s not
- Setting up Rainmaker to automate some calls that you know Rainmaker will do well
