Siemens Healthineers is seeking an AI Project Management Consultant to partner with leadership and operational teams to enhance efficiency through AI applications. The role involves leveraging Generative AI technologies and Microsoft AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational processes while serving as a strategic advisor for AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing operational workflows, administrative processes, and knowledge management practices to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency
- Conduct process discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to understand repetitive manual tasks and operational bottlenecks
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-assisted workflows using Generative AI and automation tools
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases aligned with business goals and operational efficiency
- Identify enablement opportunities for our field teams to better utilize AI tools to better facilitate customer interaction and education delivery
- Assess where existing tools (Copilot, Power Platform, automation tools) may already support improved workflows
- Identify and recommend practical use cases for Microsoft Copilot across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Evaluate opportunities to combine AI capabilities with Microsoft Power Platform tools including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
- Design AI-assisted automation concepts that reduce manual reporting, document creation, communications, and administrative tasks
- Recommend integration approaches for AI-assisted knowledge retrieval, document summarization, and workflow support
- Provide guidance on responsible and secure use of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Develop conceptual prototypes or demonstrations that illustrate how AI tools could improve specific operational workflows
- Design prompt frameworks and best practices for effective use of LLM-based tools
- Identify opportunities where automation and AI could work together to improve operational processes
- Collaborate with technical teams where deeper implementation support is required
- Facilitate workshops to help teams understand how AI tools can enhance their daily work
- Develop practical AI playbooks and use-case libraries tailored to the organization's operational workflows
- Provide guidance on effective prompt engineering and AI productivity techniques
- Support internal teams in developing sustainable AI adoption practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 AI capabilities
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for workflow automation and operational improvement
- Experience conducting operational process analysis and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-assisted productivity workflows, and enterprise AI governance considerations
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into practical business solutions
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms such as SAP, Qlik, and Snowflake
