The role involves coordinating initiatives, building structured plans, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment while managing complexities across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
- Identify and assess cross-program dependencies, risks, and impacts, providing clear recommendations and mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Document end-to-end workflows, experiences, or operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks to customers or the business
- Analyze feedback, performance data, and qualitative inputs to uncover blockers, opportunities for improvement, and operational friction points
- Create executive-ready materials, including presentations, briefs, and reports, that synthesize complex information into clear narratives and actionable insights
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, identifying risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities
