Mainframe IPS / Infoprint Specialist

Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Infoprint Server (IPS) and its components
- Deep understanding of mainframe printing concepts, including form creation, fonts, layouts, overlays, page definitions (PAGEDEF), form definitions (FORMDEF), and print formatting
- Hands-on experience with mainframe print products such as ESF/VPS, with the ability to support or lead migration efforts
- Working knowledge of RACF for security and access control
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP and VTAM
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
- Strong expertise in USS (UNIX System Services) within z/OS
- Proficiency in REXX scripting for automation and system tasks
- Solid understanding of z/OS operating system and its architecture
- Experience with software/product installation in z/OS environments
- Strong knowledge of SDSF, JES2, and overall system operations
- Good understanding of remote printing concepts and configurations
- Working knowledge of remote and local print servers (non-mainframe environments)
