Engaged BDC Solutions is a boutique automotive BDC consulting company that partners with dealerships across the country. They are seeking a motivated Automotive Business Development Representative to engage with leads and set quality appointments on behalf of their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, and customer follow-ups on behalf of assigned dealerships
- Communicate via phone, email, and text to build trust and set sales or service appointments
- Accurately document all customer interactions in dealership CRM systems
- Meet appointment and engagement goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Collaborate with dealership contacts and Engaged BDC leadership to align with client goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and remote work platforms
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior BDC, automotive, or call center experience
