ecosio is a fast-growing, innovative service company and a leading provider of B2B integration. They are seeking a Team Lead Sales to open new markets, shape go-to-market strategies, and coach a remote sales team while ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Opening new markets from scratch
- Shaping and executing go to market strategies
- Focusing on new business
- Coaching and mentoring your (remote) sales team
- Shadowing your team and helping them develop their skills
- Taking responsibility for 1:1 meetings and weekly team meetings
- Rolling up your sleeves and joining your team on key deals, helping the team with your know-how
- Doing pipeline scrubs & forecasting with your direct reports
- Ensuring high accuracy of forecasting
- Highlighting pain points & inefficiencies to sales operations
- Reporting and performance tracking of all sales activities, including defining, monitoring, and improving relevant KPIs and OKRs
Requirements:
- min 4-5 years of working experience in B2B SaaS sales
- experience working in growing scale-ups
- leadership experience in an international team (minimum 2 years)
- Salesforce experience (Google suite, Notion and Gong are an advantage)
- fluent English skills + fluent French, Spanish or Italian
- previous experience working in EDI / ERP industry
- good technical understanding and ability to explain complex technical topics easily
