The Senior Client Partner role involves managing strategic client relationships within the Government sector, focusing on growth and account expansion by guiding clients through AI-driven transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with Prime partners and Government leaders across technology, data, operations, product, marketing, and revenue organizations
- Own account strategy, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, expansion planning, and multi-year growth roadmaps
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted net-new pursuits
- Lead complex AI and ML pursuits from first conversation through signed agreement
- Shape client problems into well-scoped, outcome-oriented engagements in partnership with strategy, engineering, and delivery leaders
- Collaborate with marketing and growth peers on account-based marketing, thought leadership, events, and pipeline-generation initiatives
- Guide pricing, commercial models, and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term partnership and healthy margins
- Own bookings, revenue, margin, pipeline coverage, receivables, and overall client satisfaction for your portfolio
- Act as a senior voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery realities
- Be a resident subject matter experts in your accounts’ operational and mission needs, bridging domain expertise within our project team
- Deeply collaborate with project teams; attend necessary internal/external project meetings, keep alignment to project business objectives, help provide conflict resolutions, be the ears for net/net opportunities on project calls, and be the calm during storms
- Bring 'boots to the ground' intelligence on trends in client behavior/needs. Proactively forecast and inform the business on account propensity to achieve and exceed goals, helping steer account coverage and effort towards success
