MedTrainer is an all-in-one compliance platform designed for healthcare organizations. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the content strategy to enhance brand awareness and support revenue growth through compelling content creation and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the editorial calendar across all channels (blog, email, social, web, campaigns)
- Identify content opportunities across the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision)
- Write and produce high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and more
- Translate complex healthcare compliance topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content
- Partner with SMEs (product, customer success, compliance experts) to develop authoritative content
- Support marketing campaigns with targeted content that drives lead generation and pipeline
- Collaborate with paid media and growth teams to optimize content for conversion
- Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battlecards)
- Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on data (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content
- Build MedTrainer’s authority through thought leadership content and industry insights
- Support executive content (LinkedIn posts, bylines, speaking opportunities)
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work
- Experience creating content that drives measurable business results (leads, pipeline, revenue)
- Solid understanding of SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, digestible content
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, HR tech, or credentialing industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CMS platforms
- Experience with video, webinars, or multimedia content
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimization
