Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze organizational needs and drive improvements across the enterprise. The role involves managing projects, providing subject matter expertise, and collaborating with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Lead and manage projects and business process improvements, including planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Supporting developing and aligning strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to organizational goals
- Provide subject matter expertise and oversight in areas such as IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and continuity planning
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an information technology, project management, GEOINT, or information assurance field
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management, process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, and leadership
- Experience with specialized tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management field
- Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL Certification
