One Eagle Advisory is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their growing advisory team. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with companies across various industries, guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial outreach to engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential client organizations through strategic prospecting, market analysis, and industry research
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and professional networks to introduce the firm’s advisory services
- Engage prospective clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and potential advisory needs
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across targeted industries and market segments
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with senior advisors and legal teams
- Support the preparation and delivery of tailored proposals aligned with client goals and priorities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to support client onboarding
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English. Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, financial services sales, or business development
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
- Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand complex business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to commit to full-time hours with no conflicting employment
- Experience selling professional services, financial advisory services, consulting services, or B2B solutions
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as founders, executives, or finance leaders
- Experience working in a remote sales environment supporting U.S. or international clients
