Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system focused on service, growth, care, and connection. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee strategic projects, manage resources and budgets, and coordinate philanthropic initiatives and events to support the organization's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects to full completion by developing goals, objectives, and schedules that align directly with broader business strategies
- Define, assign, and monitor the resources and budgets necessary to meet project goals, making real-time adjustments as requirements shift
- Lead philanthropic initiatives and coordinate high-impact events, ensuring all logistical and strategic elements are executed to support organizational mission
- Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable plans and create visual dashboards to track quality and progress metrics
- Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and performance standards
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Bachelor Degree, preferred
- 1-2 years of event management experience, preferred
