Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a high-energy, driven Business Development Executive with a strong hunter mindset to expand their client base and drive new business opportunities. This role involves generating qualified opportunities, building pipelines, and engaging senior decision-makers to close new business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across target accounts
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Identify, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to closure
- Map accounts and develop long-term relationships within enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to position solutions effectively
- Represent Amtex Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client visits
- Promote capabilities in IT services, staffing, engineering, and digital solutions
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or business development
- Proven track record of high outbound activity and meeting generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Exposure to IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
