Clockwork Systems is a pioneering company focused on redefining distributed computing through software-driven solutions. They are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist or GTM Engineer to manage and optimize their HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and supporting marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the full HubSpot lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won)
- Configure multi-channel HubSpot campaigns: events, webinars, paid/organic ads, email nurture, social campaigns, and ABM sequences with Hubspot CRM and Content Hub
- Build reports and dashboards that track full-funnel performance, campaign attribution, and revenue metrics
- Create workflows, scoring models, segmentation logic, custom fields, and data-quality processes
- Manage the HubSpot ↔ Salesforce sync: mappings, lifecycle logic, campaign influence, and data hygiene
- Partner closely with marketing, sales to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Document systems, train users, and ensure operational excellence across marketing and sales motions
