As a Business Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote products and services to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent Valiant Finance and network with potential clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
