OP is a technology consulting and solutions company that helps clients harness the power of technology for maximum impact. They are seeking a Business Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives through clear requirements definition, data-informed insights, and structured execution.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support technical debugging efforts by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, coordinating inputs, and tracking resolution progress
- Maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and execution documentation
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear written and verbal communications for varied audiences
- Apply basic AI concepts and tools (e.g., prompt-based analysis, summarization, lightweight automation) to improve documentation and workflow efficiency where appropriate
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure
- Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, well-organized, and aligned to defined timelines
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program/project coordination, operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical debugging or issue triage in collaboration with engineering or technical teams
- Project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and status reporting
- Basic AI skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and practical application to analysis and documentation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured outputs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
