Requirements:
- 3+ years of Business Development experience in IT consulting services (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communicator, sharp negotiator, self-starter
- CRM-savvy with disciplined pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
