Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is a global leader in performance and lifestyle nutrition, known for brands like Optimum Nutrition and BSN. They are hiring a Customer Business Manager to lead the Costco regional business, focusing on business development, strategic growth, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leads business development and own relationship with Costco US Regional Buying Teams (Functional Beverage, Healthy Snacks and Business Centers), partnering with key buying contacts to identify new partnership opportunities. Ensure omni-channel execution of assigned categories in-line with best in class principles
- Drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities across assortment, pricing, pack architecture and promotions
- Act as conduit with internal stakeholders, collaborating on strategic initiatives and ensuring execution of aligned priorities. Collaborate with key partners to ensure new initiatives executed flawlessly
- Own key customer P&L initiatives including forecast, trade spend management and trade promotion management entry/maintenance
- Key contributor to overall annual planning process, owning the specific categories and growth plans for the year
- Leverage key reporting tools, consumption data and panel sources to demonstrate expertise of business and build strong business cases
- Own and support other strategic initiatives for Club Americas team as assigned
- Travel as needed to all Costco regions and HQ
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in CPG and/or broker roles
- Costco experience required, with preference for Regional Buying Offices
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) and trade management systems
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Comfortable with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
