EXL Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Assistant Vice President – Marketing & Content Strategy to lead and scale marketing efforts for its Payment Integrity Strategic Growth Unit. This high-impact leadership role involves translating PI’s innovation into a compelling global market presence, ensuring alignment between growth priorities and enterprise-wide marketing objectives while managing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the end‑to‑end marketing and content strategy for the Payment Integrity business, tightly aligned with growth priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion goals
- Serve as the single point of accountability between Payment Integrity leadership and Corporate Marketing, ensuring strong alignment across priorities, messaging, brand positioning, and execution
- Design and execute integrated go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for core Payment Integrity and AI‑led solutions, tailored to the healthcare payer market
- Own annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, aligning demand‑generation campaigns with sales priorities, product launches, and emerging market opportunities
- Establish and operationalize a disciplined content strategy and governance model across all Payment Integrity marketing assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic value
- Lead the creation of high‑impact, sales‑enablement content - including case studies, pitch decks, solution briefs, demos, videos, and playbooks ensuring all materials are client‑centric, clearly differentiated, and aligned with brand voice and messaging frameworks
- Drive consistency of storytelling across all channels while enabling targeted customization for priority accounts, segments, and buyer personas
- Institutionalize a centralized content repository and end‑to‑end lifecycle management process to ensure assets remain current, relevant, and commercially impactful
- Lead the strategy and end‑to‑end execution of industry conferences, seminars, webinars, and executive roundtables, defining event themes, messaging, and content aligned with the Payment Integrity SGU’s strategic priorities and growth agenda
- Drive high‑impact pre‑event, during‑event, and post‑event engagement strategies, including targeted campaigns, differentiated collateral, executive presentations, and structured follow‑ups
- Set the creative direction for high‑production product videos, interactive storytelling formats, and executive‑level LinkedIn thought leadership to enhance market presence and brand credibility
- Partner closely with sales and growth teams to convert event participation into qualified pipeline opportunities and measurable revenue impact
- Drive content‑led demand generation initiatives, ensuring every campaign is anchored in compelling narratives and supported by high‑impact assets
- Design and co‑lead end‑to‑end, integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Corporate Marketing - leveraging webinars, white papers, digital outreach, and multi‑channel activation to generate qualified demand
- Track and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing engagement, conversion, and ROI to maximize pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 plus years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing strategy, corporate launch strategy, or business consulting, with proven track record in US payer and provider markets specifically within Payment Integrity (PI), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or AI-driven healthcare solutions
- Proven experience in leading marketing functions or large-scale strategic initiatives
- Strong track record in thought leadership development, campaign management, and sales enablement
- Deep understanding of the payment integrity landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and key players
- Experience in leading marketing functions for thought leadership development, campaign management, content strategy and sales enablement
- Strong ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives
- A keen eye for design, storytelling, and the 'human' element of professional branding
- Knowledge of strategic frameworks like value chain analysis, OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, Lean canvases etc
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
