- Own and drive performance against key business metrics, including bottom-of-funnel conversion, attach rate, and adoption, partnering cross-functionally to deliver results
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear strategic recommendations that inform marketing investment, sales motion, and product strategy
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement and Sales leadership to elevate seller effectiveness through messaging, playbooks, and value-based talk tracks
- Act as a senior leader within Product Marketing, mentoring peers, raising the bar on strategic rigor and craft, and scaling impact through influence rather than direct authority

- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical capabilities and comfort synthesizing insights across customer research, performance metrics, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs and translate insights into durable product and go-to-market strategy

- Experience leading product marketing for multi-product or platform portfolios
- Deep experience partnering with B2B Sales, including sales enablement and pipeline influence
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Chorus, SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools
- Restaurant, hospitality, or vertical SaaS experience
