Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm, and they are seeking a Mid Business Analyst to analyze organizational needs and drive improvements across the enterprise. The role involves managing complex initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, and collaborating with senior leaders to enhance business processes and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Lead and manage projects and business process improvements, including planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Supporting developing and aligning strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to organizational goals
- Provide subject matter expertise and oversight in areas such as IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and continuity planning
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a functional or cross-functional business area, such as Information Technology, Project Management, GEOINT, or Information Assurance
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with specialized tools, such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA
- Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, and leadership
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's Degree in a business, management, or a related technical field is required or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL Certifications
- Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
