Shift Leader, Production
Position Summary
Serves as a leader and resource to all off-shift employees while acting as a “working supervisor”, overseeing the shift’s production processes, employees, and building for assigned shift. This position serves to direct others to maximize production while taking action to achieve safety, quality, customer satisfaction and innovation. The Shift Leader works with multiple areas, such as engineering and quality assurance to provide solutions to problems and to effectively communicate information within the team structure.
