About the job
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Global Product Solutions Strategy and Operations (GPS StratOps) team partners with each Global Product Solutions (GPS) leadership team and the regional GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives for Global Business Organization (GBO).
You will be the critical thought partner to the Managing Director, GPS Measurement and their leadership team, a product expert group that serves as point of contact for Sales to Product and shapes product direction. In particular, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors. Once a year, you will lead annual planning, Product Objectives and Key Results (OKR) definition and goal setting for the Measurement GPS team. Throughout the year, you will quality control and coach the team on developing the business review content going to Google’s Chief Business Officer on a regular basis. You will help bring-to-market our performance advertising products across the Measurement advertising product portfolio. You will also lead cross-functional teams and projects as they collaborate across GPS, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to provide strategies, operational planning, and insights that enable the commercialization of new and existing product lines, and support the Sales organization to deliver against our product adoption goals.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
